I believe yoga is much deeper than just a physical practice, and that through yoga, we have the beautiful opportunity to create a deeper connection.  

The word yoga itself, when translated means "Union."  

It is my purpose that when I teach, to come from a place of wholeness and unity.  Yoga creates a space for you to find within yourself; your own unique interpretation of Unity and Love.  This uniting may be a connection that arises within your Self, when you allow quietness, space, drop everything and simply allow yourself to "be."    

I uphold yoga because of it's amazing ability to cross many bridges at one time by uniting mental, physical and spiritual practice.  To me that is a gift, not many forms of classes can provide.

Aerial Yoga


Aerial Yoga adds an element of fun, play and excitement to the benefits of your regular yoga practice, by taking your postures to new heights and abilities, by using the support and give of a suspended "silk: or "yoga hammock." 

In 11:11's Aerial Yoga Sessions you will safely learn how to increase flexibility, lengthen your spine and build strength while exploring the joys of defying gravity.

Experience the joys and ease of silk inversions and supported back-bends, while enjoying a sense of play and adventure.

Whether you are a beginner, devoted yogi or fitness enthusiast, aerial yoga will challenge you and bring excitement into your day.

We offer group sessions, 1:1 sessions and special sessions for groups of 5-8 friends.
